Operations Lead

Providing management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Operations Cell. Support the Government JT&E Director to develop program and testing priorities for fielded and emerging capabilities, work with diverse geographically dispersed teams of subject matter analysts and facilitate the development of non-material products including concept of operations (CONOPS), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), standard operating procedures (SOPs).
