Lead Test Planner

Working with the Operations Lead and Lead Operations Research Systems Analyst provide support to the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) project teams for test planning, test execution, data collection, technical documentation preparation, and translating test results into useful operational information. - Advising JT&E project teams developing concept of operations (CONOPS), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), standard operating procedures (SOP), and other guidance materials that support the rapid fielding of emerging innovative technologies, or that support utilization of existing fielded capabilities- Supporting or leading the development of test concepts, test scenarios, test design, test products (CONOPS, TTP, etc.), identifying of and coordinating with testing venues, and...
