Engineer Technician Manufacturing

As dynamic Engineer Technician Manufacturing you are the electro-technical support of production. Your focus is to NPI ( new product introduction ) and repair . Your purpose is alignment with R&D around problem escalation and root-cause investigation in case of technical issues. Your responsibilities:

• Build and support prototype assemblies in manufacturing.
• Load software/firmware, start-up and test the first prototype units.
• Debug and repair during prototype phase.
• Act as first line support towards production repair team.
• Support the PQM analysis.
• Fall-off analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare documentation, configuration and instructions in electro-technical field.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve issues.
• Report to the NPI & Industrialization supervisor.
