Warranty and Customer Care Coordinator (Solar and Battery)

Look after customers when their solar or battery system needs help

If you are a calm, customer focused coordinator who can turn an upset customer into a resolved ticket, this role gives you variety, responsibility, and room to build something new.

About the Opportunity

Our client is an Australian solar, battery, and energy services company with residential and commercial customers. When a system has an issue, this role makes sure it gets fixed quickly.

You will manage warranty tickets, coordinate the field service team, and reach out to customers for annual system checks. Over time, you will also help build a product knowledge base so customers can solve simple issues themselves.

What You'll Do

• Manage warranty tickets for solar, battery, and HVAC systems
• Listen to customers, triage urgent issues, and keep them updated
• Manage the calendar of the field services and quality manager
• Coordinate installers, distributors, and manufacturers on warranty work
• Contact customers to offer and book annual system checks
• Help build a product knowledge base for customer self-service

Room to build something new. Beyond day to day tickets, you will have time to research products and help build self service tools for customers, working with the IT team.

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service, ticket management, or service coordination
• A calm temperament and strong judgement when customers are upset
• Clear spoken and written English
• Strong organisation and calendar management
• Confident working with internal and external teams
• Nice to have: solar, battery, or HVAC background
