Dual Director of Sales & Marketing

The Dual Director of Sales & Marketing will lead sales and marketing strategy for The Ann Savannah and an additional Savannah-area property to be announced soon. This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing new accounts, growing existing relationships, and positioning each hotel for success within its market. Working closely with property leadership and ownership, the Dual DOSM will create and execute sales and marketing plans that support revenue, profitability, and a thoughtful guest experience. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategy with active, relationship-driven selling.
