Our hire kit works hard on construction, infrastructure and defence sites across the UK. When it comes back to our Aylesford workshop, your job is to make it as good as new: test it, find the fault, repair it and get it ready to go back out, so it never lets our customers down.

We're looking for two Workshop Technicians to join a close, supportive team. Several of our technicians joined as PAT testers and learned the repairs on the job, so if you have a solid testing background and like fixing things, we'll train you on the rest.

What you'll do

PAT and in-service test, inspect and fault-find a wide range of electrical hire equipment

Repair and refurbish kit back to as-new: electrical work one day, mechanical the next

Complete test and repair records accurately and promptly

Keep parts and stock levels right so the workshop keeps moving

Help bring new products into the fleet

Work with the Hire Desk, Logistics and Sales teams to get kit back out on time

Follow our health and safety, ISO and compliance standards

This is a workshop-based role at one site in Aylesford, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, with overtime available. No travel.
