Heavy Duty Auxiliary Equipment Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Auxiliary Equipment Supervisor to join our Mine Maintenance team. In this role, you will supervise the Heavy Duty Auxiliary team to ensure all maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within agreed timeframes and in compliance with safe work practices and company standards, while maximizing equipment reliability and availability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervise Heavy Duty Auxiliary Equipment operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability in support of production targets and organizational goals.
• Lead and coordinate Heavy Duty Auxiliary maintenance activities, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental standards, company procedures, and industry best practices.
• Oversee daily planning and execution of Heavy Duty Auxiliary work, including crew line-ups, task assignments, and coordination with planning and maintenance teams for effective workflow.
• Monitor equipment condition and performance, initiate corrective actions, and ensure timely ordering of parts and resources to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Heavy Duty Auxiliary team by enforcing safety standards, conducting inspections and toolbox meetings, supporting incident investigations, and implementing reliability systems such as Root Cause Analysis and VisionLink.
