Conflicts Analyst

The Conflicts Analyst supports the firm's critical risk management function by performing all duties associated with conflict of interest reporting, including research, corporate business structure analysis, generating conflicts reports and drafting waivers, as they relate to the intake of new business, the hiring of lateral personnel, and other department functions.
