Custodian (Part Time)

When childhood friends Holly and Shawn stepped away from their corporate careers and started Rook Coffee in 2010, they wanted to make people feel special. Since the beginning, in a 300-square-foot shack, Rook has focused on offering specialty coffees that inspire genuine, human connections.

Job Summary Our Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of Rook Coffee’s production facility. This part-time, on-site role plays a direct part in keeping our operation safe, compliant, and running smoothly. A clean and well-maintained facility reflects our commitment to quality at every level of the business.
