ROI Project Manager (Professional Services)

As a Project Manager at ROI, you are a key member of the account team(s), dedicated to supporting client success through effective project planning, coordination and execution. In this role, you are responsible for managing client engagements from start to finish, including timelines, resources, deliverables and stakeholder communication. You may also provide project management support for internal initiatives that advance ROI’s business priorities and operations. Our ideal candidate is experienced in driving multiple projects, across multiple accounts, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and working in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. This role is ideal for people who enjoy creating structure, bringing teams together, and proactively driving work forward to achieve successful outcomes.
