Building Engineer, Industrial

Assist in management of building systems in the Pacific Region's 18+ million square foot portfolio of developed industrial and commercial land located on Oahu and owned by Select Income REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Work with property and engineering management to implement and maintain energy management, preventative maintenance, quality standards, operating objectives, and to maintain positive relationships with all tenants, co-workers, and vendors. This must be done in a manner that not only protects, but also maximizes the value of the property.
