POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Manager, Capital Markets & Treasury, this role provides analytical support across treasury, capital markets, and corporate finance. The successful candidate will work on financing initiatives, capital allocation decisions, market intelligence, and liquidity management. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to debt and equity capital markets, investment banks, lenders, rating agencies, and strategic decision-making within one of Canada's leading publicly traded REITs. The role is well-suited for candidates pursuing professional designations such as CFA, CPA or FRM, and seeking broad exposure to corporate finance and capital markets in a dynamic public company environment.
