Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to support the commercial delivery of major projects (Post Contract). This role requires an individual who can take full ownership of commercial workstreams, operate with minimal supervision, and produce high-quality, complete outputs aligned with client and project expectations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, accountability, and urgency, with the ability to independently drive commercial activities through to completion.
