Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract - PMC)

Role Overview:

RLB KSA is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of a major project during the post-contract phase.

The successful candidate will site based and play a key role in managing the project's commercial and contractual performance throughout construction, providing expertise in contract administration, cost control, change management, claims assessment, risk management, commercial reporting, and final accounts. Working closely with the Client and project stakeholders, the role requires proactive management of commercial activities to ensure successful project delivery while protecting the Client’s commercial interests and maintaining compliance with contractual and project requirements.
