Field Supervisor

Currently we are searching for a Field Supervisor to cover the Concord, NC, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Kernersville, Kannapolis, and Charlotte area.

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, managing crews, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting project delivery on schedule and within scope. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be out in the field, managing crews, keeping projects on track, and taking pride in delivering quality work every day.
