Own the New Hire Experience You'll guide employees from offer acceptance through their first day, ensuring they have the information, support, and resources they need to feel ready and excited to join Reynolds. You'll:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the preboarding journey
• Create personalized, high-touch experiences that build excitement and engagement
• Communicate key milestones, expectations, and next steps
• Monitor onboarding readiness and proactively resolve issues
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, Hiring Managers, and other business partners
