Your Role in our Mission We’re on a mission to make the world a better place to work. To help us get there, we’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Manager to lead our UK social media activity and manage selected aspects of the UK brand.

Social media is the primary focus of this hands-on role. You’ll bring a bold, audience-first approach to B2B social content, drawing inspiration from the creativity and energy of B2C brands, while building on our credibility. You’ll turn our research, campaigns and expertise into compelling stories that connect with UK HR audiences.

Working closely with the UK Marketing team, global colleagues and external agencies, you’ll combine creative thinking with responsive, organised delivery. Alongside social media, you’ll manage selected aspects of our brand, including providing guidance and resources to help the wider marketing team apply the brand consistently, developing a framework to support our online reputation, and coordinating selected co-marketing activities with our existing partners.

Flexible, Hybrid Working Our offices are available for you to use as often as you like. As a minimum, our Marketing team works from our London office at least twice a week.
