Transformation Project Manager

We are currently in the middle of a major transformation programme to re-shape how we work, in partnership with a Tier 1 global outsourcing provider. As part of the journey, we are looking to recruit a Transformation PM to support the oversight of a range of transformational workstreams covering product management ways-of-working, technology and toolchain, AI-first software engineering, Quality Assurance and Delivery.

Supervise Transformational Workstreams: Lead the oversight of post-transition workstreams, ensuring they are kept on track, aligned to the plan, and delivering value across areas like product management ways-of-working and AI-first engineering.

Support the Outsourced Partnership: Act as the interface between Rentokil Initial and the outsourcing partner (e.g., Infosys), ensuring aligned objectives, proactive risk mitigation, and tracking performance against service levels.

Enable Delivery and Value Realization: Support teams by resolving operational blockers, escalating risks, and facilitating decision-making to maintain momentum and strategic alignment.

Realise Strategic Value: Partner with internal stakeholders to track and secure the business case benefits, including AI-driven productivity gains, process improvements, and successful incumbent exit.

1. Workstream Governance & Oversight: Define and maintain the governance structure for all transformation workstreams, ensuring cadence, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and clear decision-making pathways are followed.

2. Cross-Workstream Alignment: Facilitate regular synchronization across Process, Technology, and People workstreams to ensure interdependencies are managed and collective progress aligns with the overarching transformation roadmap.

3. Roadmap Execution Tracking: Monitor the execution of the Transformation Plan against agreed milestones and timelines, providing regular status reporting to the Steering Committee.

4. Value Realisation & Reporting: Track and report on the delivery of strategic benefits, such as productivity gains, operational efficiency, and adherence to defined service levels.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary conduit between the internal leadership team and the external delivery partner (Infosys) to maintain transparency, shared goals, and collaborative delivery.

6. Blocker Resolution & Escalation: Actively identify operational, technical, or resource-related blockers; lead resolution efforts and escalate critical issues to senior management where required to maintain momentum.

7. Governance Forums Management: Organize and facilitate key forums (e.g., Transformation Steerco, Workstream Reviews) to drive decisions, track risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with transformation objectives.

8. Change Management Coordination: Partner with OCM (Organizational Change Management) leads to monitor the impact of transformation initiatives on internal teams, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption.

9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and iterative improvements based on transformation feedback loops, performance metrics, and service outcomes.

10. Resource & Dependency Management: Oversee the allocation of resources and management of dependencies across transformation workstreams, ensuring third-party commitments and internal capabilities remain in sync.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, inclusive of experience working on large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience working within an Agile product or software development environment
• Experience working with outsourced / remote teams (offshore development experience a plus)
