About the Client

Our client, a fast growing marketing and technology agency, helps organizations improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and accelerate growth through digital marketing and Salesforce solutions. They are looking for a seasoned leader to oversee a high performing cross functional Salesforce implementation team.

Role Overview: The Manager of Salesforce Implementation will lead a team of Salesforce professionals across multiple locations, including consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are scoped accurately, executed effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations and quality standards. The Manager will optimize team processes, manage escalations, and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in Salesforce environments, ideally in consulting, implementation, or professional services.
• 5+ years leading technical or consulting teams, preferably remote or geographically distributed.
• Strong people management experience, including coaching, 1:1s, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce projects or client engagements, including resources, budgets, communication, and delivery.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build team culture, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience at a Salesforce partner agency or professional-services organization.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc.).
• Experience managing U.S., LATAM, or offshore teams.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Benefits

• Salary: Starting 5,000+ USD per month , competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications
• Full time position, Monday to Friday (EST business hours 8:00AM-5:00PM)
• 10 working days of Paid Time off (PTO) per year
