Operations & Facilities Assistant

This job has two parts. The first half is physical product.  You'll pack and ship outbound samples, receive returned units, and inspect and sort them against a documented checklist. The second half is the space itself. A hardware company generates a lot of cardboard, a lot of packaging, and a lot of things that end up on the wrong shelf. You'll keep the office and work areas clean, keep storage and inventory organized, and handle the general upkeep that keeps a working space from slowly falling apart. This is not a technical job, and you don't need any background in construction or hardware. What it needs is someone genuinely careful and willing to do unglamorous work well. When a returned tool gets logged as working and it isn't, a customer finds out the hard way. When the staging area is a mess, shipments go out wrong. The work itself is straightforward and well documented. Doing it right every single time is the job.
