About the Role Redhorse is seeking a Senior Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategic Analyst to support the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection, Directorate of Civil Engineers (AF/A4C). In this role, you will bridge the gap between tactical base-level execution and Headquarters-level policy development. You will translate shop-floor reality—spanning electrical, HVAC/R, pavements, structures, utility systems, and work management—into actionable enterprise strategy, modernizing Air Force infrastructure governance, meeting statutory asset management requirements, and ensuring combat readiness across the Department of the Air Force.
