About the Role Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking an experienced Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strateggy and Governance Analyst to support the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection (AF/A4C) at the Pentagon / National Capital Region. In this role, you will bridge the gap between tactical base-level execution and Headquarters-level policy development. You will connect tactical Civil Engineer Operations Flight activities—ranging from preventive maintenance and craft execution to material control and asset management—directly to USAF enterprise strategic goals. You will drive governance, policy development (DAFIs, DAFMANs, UFC), audit resolutions, and strategic implementation plans (SIP), ensuring Air Force installations maintain mission assurance, statutory compliance, and combat readiness worldwide.
