Sr. Director, Resident Marketing (B2C/B2B2C)

Our FinTech and Resident Experience team is building a more connected experience that starts with multifamily residents making everyday interactions easier across payments, moving, insurance, and other services. Our ambition is to earn lasting trust and deliver value throughout the resident journey, including when residents move to their next home.

Reporting to the VP, Product and Solutions Marketing, you will lead a team of four and own the resident marketing strategy and campaign roadmap. You will set priorities, develop talent, and drive campaigns that strengthen resident relationships on behalf of our clients, increase product adoption, and deliver measurable business growth.
