- You get the importance of staying on top of the details and believe in exceeding expectations
What you’ll do:
- Manage and support day-to-day analytics and intelligence workstreams across client accounts, remaining actively involved in the research, data analysis, and development of deliverables.
- Assist in the development of integrated analyses that connect multiple data sources and translate findings into clear insights, implications, strategic recommendations, and cohesive narratives.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across social, digital, search, media, audience, competitive, and customer data to uncover meaningful trends and opportunities.
- Build and refine keyword-based queries, Boolean searches, data pulls, and analytical frameworks, while guiding junior team members in their development and application.
- Aggregate, clean, organize, interpret, and quality-check data, particularly for complex, ambiguous, or high-priority assignments.
- Help synthesize research into clear strategic narratives that guide client communications and engagement strategies.
- Manage and contribute directly to recurring and ad hoc reporting, as well as audience, influencer, competitive, landscape, and measurement assessments.
- Contribute to KPI frameworks, success metrics, benchmarks, and measurement plans.
- Partner with account, strategy, activation, data visualization, and data science teams to deliver integrated solutions, and present findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
- Aid in the management of project timelines, deliverable expectations, and day-to-day coordination while reviewing work, coaching junior team members, and stepping into the details when needed.
- Contribute to methodology development, process improvements, proprietary tools, new-business efforts, and capability-building initiatives across the Integrated Intelligence team.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing analytics, communications analytics, social listening, digital analytics, audience research, strategic planning, search analytics, primary or syndicated research, or healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing. Agency experience strongly preferred, given the specific client mix for this role.

- Familiarity with cross-channel measurement reporting and analytics, including KPI tracking, performance benchmarks, audience engagement, digital behavior, and communications outcomes.
- Project management experience, including handling timelines and expectations for multiple deliverables.
- Experience developing reporting deliverables, landscape analyses, performance readouts, or insight-driven presentations.
- Experience with multi-modal research approaches, using novel data sets and triangulating across methodologies to deliver impact.
- A passion for telling stories motivated by data and insights, bringing creativity to analytics, and merging art and science, qual and quant.
