About the company

Our client is a software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the self-serve growth funnel for a software product, from first discovery through onboarding to activation. Diagnose where users drop off, design and run A/B tests and growth experiments, and write much of the code needed to ship them. Work closely with the founding team in a hands-on role with a path toward building something of your own.

What you'll do

  • Own the self-serve acquisition funnel end to end, from discovery through onboarding to activation.
  • Find the exact points where users disengage and decide how to fix them.
  • Ship early funnel improvements within your first few weeks.
  • Set funnel goals and choose whether to pull product, onboarding or marketing levers based on data and business judgment.
  • Write most of your own code to build and run A/B tests and growth experiments.
  • Partner closely with the founding team, who are handling other go-to-market work.

  • Able to be in the office five days a week, without relocation assistance.
