  • Own the product roadmap, sorting and prioritizing feature requests from internal staff and a large client base.
  • Shape the external-facing portal as a standalone product, with attention to a consistently strong user experience.
  • Design a scalable platform that can support growth into new service areas and onboard additional businesses.
  • Hire and develop engineers along with product, design and data talent, while contributing hands-on.
  • Lead technology across a range of business functions.

  • Around 5 years of relevant experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
  • Strong product judgment and a record of building roadmaps and setting priorities across competing stakeholders.
  • Experience building scalable platforms and applying AI in real-world workflows to automate tasks and deliver measurable productivity gains.
  • Enough technical depth to write code directly when needed.
  • Genuine interest in consumer services; no legal background is required.
