Role Overview The Director of Technical Program Management will lead the execution of Quantinuum's most strategic and technically complex initiatives across quantum hardware, software, product development, research, and commercialization efforts. This role will serve as a key business and technical leader responsible for connect strategy and execution while helping us scale the Japan business more effectively. The role required the individual to operate comfortably across business, technical, customer, and partner environments while bringing the experience and credibility necessary to influence both local and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, exceptional operator, and trusted partner who can drive large-scale cross-functional programs from concept through delivery in a highly innovative and rapidly evolving environment.
