Underground Foreman

FiberTel is hiring an Underground Foreman for our San Jose, CA location.

The Underground Foreman/Operator position will oversee the work of their crews' depending on job size. The Foreman will be able to perform all the duties of an Underground Laborer & Operator. He/she will help train new laborers and operators on proper processes and job functions including operating machines like skid steer, mini x, excavator, cable plow, rock saw, or other utility construction equipment. The Foreman will submit daily time sheets for their crew members and themselves. This position will ensure that all employees follow job site safety processes and protocols.
