Senior ITSM/ITAM Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior ITSM/ITAM Platform Engineer to lead the initial development and the ongoing administration of our enterprise IT Service Management and IT Asset Management platform. Today that platform is ServiceNow, and the role is anchored in ServiceNow; an active evaluation of alternatives (including Ivanti Neurons and Freshworks) is underway, so platform-agnostic ITSM fundamentals matter as much as product-specific depth. You will be the senior technical owner designing the build, configuring and developing the platform, directing any third-party delivery partner, and running the platform as a durable, well-governed service after go-live.
