Structural Steel Welding & Fitting Supervisor – 2nd Shift Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Shift: 2nd Shift Starting Pay: $39.00/hour + $3.00/hour 2nd-shift differential; higher pay available based on experience Position Overview Hiring a Structural Steel Welding & Fitting Supervisor to oversee second-shift shop operations and provide hands-on direction to welders and fitters. This position coordinates production, employees, materials, equipment, quality, and scheduling to keep fabrication work safe, efficient, and on track. Structural steel fabrication experience is required. Previous leadership experience overseeing welders and fitters is required.
