Structural Steel Welding & Fitting Supervisor Location: York, PA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Shift: 2nd Shift Starting Pay: $39/hour; higher depending on experience Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour for 2nd shift Position Overview We are hiring a hands-on supervisor to lead welders, fitters, and shop personnel in a structural steel fabrication facility. This role oversees daily production, coordinates staffing and materials, and ensures fabrication work meets quality requirements and delivery schedules. Required: Structural steel fabrication industry experience and previous leadership experience overseeing welders and fitters.
