As our hiring team is international, we kindly ask that you submit your CV in English to ensure it can be reviewed by all stakeholders.

We are a global technology group, headquartered in London. We deploy experts and frontier technology, like AI, to help organisations thrive through change.

We have over 600 professionals (>75% hands-on technical talent) spread across Europe, North + South America and Asia, and are backed by Marlin Equity Partners.

We help customers:

Work smarter – Building modern, scalable infrastructure, apps and workflows that actually improve your bottom line.

Engage personally – Creating digital experiences that capture attention, convert sales, and keep customers coming back.

Stay secure – Establishing the security, governance and compliance systems that protect you from threats, fines, and downtime.

We work with some of the world's biggest brands to solve their biggest problems. From highly regulated financial institutions to fast-moving tech unicorns and global retailers.

Different worlds, same standard: we ship tangible outcomes into production, fast. Then we work alongside customers to maintain and optimise them long term, upskilling their teams along the way.

The Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing technology consultancy specialising in solutions built on Google Cloud. We help clients create and improve digital products, websites, platforms and customer experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex engagements from discovery and planning through to launch and continuous improvement and maintenance. You’ll coordinate globally distributed teams across technology, creative, strategy, product, content and quality assurance.

This is not a hands-on engineering role. You’ll need enough technical understanding to manage dependencies, risks and informed conversations, but your primary focus will be creating the clarity, structure and momentum teams need to deliver successfully. Similar consultancy roles combine end-to-end delivery ownership with cross-functional leadership, client management and commercial control.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of digital products, websites and platforms.
  • Define and manage scope, plans, milestones, budgets, resources and dependencies.
  • Coordinate globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Establish appropriate delivery approaches using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods.
  • Act as the principal delivery contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, finances, risks, issues, decisions and project health.
  • Anticipate delivery challenges, remove blockers and resolve issues before they affect outcomes.
  • Manage scope changes and client expectations while protecting delivery quality and commercial performance.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, project ceremonies, governance meetings and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate quality assurance, user acceptance testing, launch readiness and handover.
  • Work with technical and creative leads to ensure deliverables meet client objectives and agreed quality standards.
  • Translate technical concepts between clients, technical leads and internal engineering teams, leveraging technical fluency to bring clarity, manage expectations, and keep delivery moving forward.
  • Support estimates, proposals and Statements of Work, and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Improve delivery processes, tools and ways of working as the consultancy grows.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience managing digital or technology projects from initiation through launch.
  • A track record of delivering websites, digital products or platforms involving multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies.
  • Confidence working with Directors, VPs and other senior client stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, suitable for complex North American client engagements.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A positive, pragmatic personality and the ability to create accountability without relying on formal authority.
  • Experience leading distributed teams across different disciplines, locations and time zones.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods, as well as software release coordination.
  • AI fluency and practical experience using modern AI tools to streamline delivery workflows, optimize project management processes, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Comfort working directly within various CMS platforms, including practical experience executing content uploads and building or configuring site modules and templates to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Enough technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers and architects and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing project financials and change control.
  • The organisation and judgement to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving consultancy environment.

Valuable Additional Experience

Experience in either of these areas would be a significant advantage:

  • Previous experience in a digital agency, technology consultancy or professional-services environment.
  • Delivery of CMS-based websites, including content workflows, migrations, integrations and launch planning.
  • Experience delivering analytics implementations and data-driven projects, including tracking frameworks or reporting workflows.
  • Familiarity with digital performance optimization, accessibility standards testing (WCAG), or SEO best practices for web platforms.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress or Sitecore.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or another major cloud ecosystem.
  • Project management or Agile certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or PMI-ACP.

The Finer Details

  • This role is based in Buenos Aires, with two days per week in the office. You’ll work regularly with North American clients, so some alignment with their working hours may be required.
  • This role is aligned with Beyond’s career framework at Level 3: Senior.
  • Exceptional performance can lead to advancement opportunities within our career framework or internal opportunities with other departments, aligned with your career aspirations and business needs.
  • If the opportunity interests you and you meet most - but not every - criterion, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits

We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. Here's how we invest in you:

  • Work from Home Allowance
  • Private Medical Insurance for family group
  • Birthday leave
  • 10 paid learning days per year
  • Bonusly 100 points per month to recognise colleagues
