As our hiring team is international, we kindly ask that you submit your CV in English to ensure it can be reviewed by all stakeholders.

We are a global technology group, headquartered in London. We deploy experts and frontier technology, like AI, to help organisations thrive through change.

We have over 600 professionals (>75% hands-on technical talent) spread across Europe, North America and Asia, and are backed by Marlin Equity Partners.

We help customers:

Work smarter – Building modern, scalable infrastructure, apps and workflows that actually improve your bottom line.

Engage personally – Creating digital experiences that capture attention, convert sales, and keep customers coming back.

Stay secure – Establishing the security, governance and compliance systems that protect you from threats, fines, and downtime.

We work with some of the world's biggest brands to solve their biggest problems. From highly regulated financial institutions to fast-moving tech unicorns and global retailers.

Different worlds, same standard: we ship tangible outcomes into production, fast. Then we work alongside customers to maintain and optimise them long term, upskilling their teams along the way.

The Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing technology consultancy specialising in solutions built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We help clients create customer experiences, digital platforms and products that solve meaningful problems and deliver measurable business value.

We are looking for a Senior Product Strategist to join our Buenos Aires team. Working on behalf of North American clients, you will identify customer pain points and commercial opportunities, turn ambiguity into a clear product direction, and help multidisciplinary teams build the right thing - not simply implement the most obvious technology solution.

This is a senior, client-facing role that combines product strategy with hands-on product ownership. You will move comfortably between executive conversations, customer discovery, roadmap decisions and detailed collaboration with design and engineering teams. You will keep customer needs and business outcomes at the centre while accounting for technical feasibility, delivery constraints and commercial priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and become a credible adviser on product and customer-experience decisions.
  • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, customer research and journey mapping.
  • Turn ambiguous challenges into clear problem statements, product visions, measurable outcomes and prioritised roadmaps.
  • Have accountability for the commercial outcomes of digital workstreams for client projects.
  • Set KPIs, OKRs and measurement frameworks that define end-state goals and track performance.
  • Structure objective-led programs of work across Value Streams, Initiatives, Epics and User Stories, that define long term roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Balance customer value, commercial priorities, evidence and technical constraints when making product decisions.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, data, architecture and delivery teams throughout discovery, delivery and optimisation.
  • Use customer insight, behavioural data and experimentation to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
  • Communicate priorities, recommendations and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Support proposals and pre-sales discovery, and contribute to the continued development of our product practice.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in product management, product ownership or product strategy for customer-facing digital products or platforms.
  • Experience in a consultancy, agency or similarly client-facing environment.
  • A track record of taking products from discovery and strategy into delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, user-centred design and Agile product development.
  • Confidence working with Directors, VPs and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, suitable for complex North American client engagements.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling and influencing skills.
  • The judgement to challenge client assumptions constructively and lead through influence.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, business and delivery needs.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects without being a technical specialist.

Valuable Experience

Experience in either of these areas would be a significant advantage:

  • Conversion rate optimisation: funnel analysis, behavioural analytics, hypothesis development, A/B testing and experimentation-led product improvement.
  • Business analysis: requirements elicitation, process mapping, business capability analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and outcome validation.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform or another cloud ecosystem would be useful but is not required.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in product management, product ownership or product strategy for customer-facing digital products or platforms.
  • Experience in a consultancy, agency or similarly client-facing environment.
  • A track record of taking products from discovery and concept, into delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, user-centred design and Agile product development.
  • The ability to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into easily understood messaging and briefs for different audiences.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, suitable for complex North American client engagements.

The Finer Details

  • This role is based in Buenos Aires, with two days per week in the office. You’ll work regularly with North American clients, so some alignment with their working hours may be required.
  • This role is aligned with Beyond’s career framework at Level 3: Senior.
  • Exceptional performance can lead to advancement opportunities within our career framework or internal opportunities with other departments, aligned with your career aspirations and business needs.
  • If the opportunity interests you and you meet most - but not every - criterion, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits

We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. Here's how we invest in you:

  • Work from Home Allowance
  • Private Medical Insurance for family group
  • Birthday leave
  • 10 paid learning days per year
  • Bonusly 100 points per month to recognise colleagues
