Trial Attorney - MHLD Northampton

The Committee for Public Counsel Services, the public defender agency for Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Trial Attorney to zealously defend against involuntary civil commitment proceedings, including trials and a limited number of appellate cases, for its Northampton office. This office is responsible for civil commitments filed by selected facilities in Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties.
