Head of Strategic Finance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning processes and performance analysis.
• Develop financial models, conduct profitability and variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Business Unit leaders to drive financial performance and cost efficiency.
• Oversee revenue assurance and collection processes to strengthen revenue and cash flow.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to support business growth and long-term objectives.
• Evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives through financial and scenario analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, or related roles within a complex, multi-business unit environment.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, financial modelling/forecasting and business partnering.
• Experience in media, fiber, or enterprise business sectors is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, revenue assurance, and working capital management
