BCBA Clinical Lead

The Clinical Lead role will support both our Durham and Burlington clinics.

The Clinical Lead position is responsible for assisting the development and implementation of clinical programs. This role will share responsibility clinical quality aspects of the local market with their assigned Regional Clinical Director, including training new BCBAs, providing crisis prevention training, mentoring, supporting existing BCBAs, and promoting the development of students in BACB Fieldwork programs.
