The Acute Care Manager is a Registered Nurse who assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility for the management and operations of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical Units. The manager is responsible for supervising, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient care across all assigned acute care service lines. Develops and implements departmental goals, strategic initiatives, performance improvement activities, and regulatory compliance programs to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
