Mgr - Multi-Facility CDI - SMNJ Medical Records FAC#1

The Multi-Facility CDI Manager is responsible for implementation and improvement of the clinical documentation improvement program at the facilities in the designated region and supervises clinical documentation specialists (CDS) and inpatient coders. The Multi-Facility CDI manager ensures Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) and inpatient coders perform their designated tasks synergistically with other departments and personnel concerned.
