Managing Associate General Counsel - Employment

The Managing Associate General Counsel - Employment (MAGC-E) must have substantial experience as an employment attorney, including at least 7 years of litigation experience with a national or regional defense firm, public sector agency, or insurance carrier, and 5 years of in-house experience with Prime Healthcare Management, Inc. ("PHMI") or comparable healthcare company. This position provides legal support for PHMI and affiliated companies on a wide range of complex employment, operational, and transactional issues nationally.
