Coding Issues Manager

The Coding Issues Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight of the coding issue tracker to ensure compliance with coding and revenue integrity components. The manager will monitor the tracker and ensure that the editing and charge reconciliation functions are timely, accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements, ensuring documentation and charges are available for coding and billing promptly. The Manager utilizes knowledge and resources to educate, be diplomatic, and be persuasive to ensure the data integrity of the coding issue tracker as well as the accuracy of coding and charging practices.
