Role Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and communicate all the activities in respect of the arrival and departure of aircraft at ABZ.
• Communicate efficiently via ground-to-air with customers and locally with the company radio operating system
• Communicate professionally with other operational centres and with local authorities
• Prepare and publish loadplan and loadsheet to maximise their payload and protect their punctuality.
• To ensure that decisions made by the management team are communicated to all departments and actioned.
• Be fully aware of the Accident and Emergency Procedures and be able to act in accordance with these procedures if necessary.
• Act in accordance with laid down procedures in the event of damage or spillage of Dangerous Goods.
• Perform any other administrative or operational duties as may be reasonably required by management team.

• Knowledge of Load control procedures,
• ATC procedures.
• Basic PC skills
• Full, clean driving licence.
