Staff Pharmacist

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join its Radius Living Rx team. The Staff Pharmacist reviews prescriptions, oversees the dispensing of medications, and works closely with other health care professionals to ensure safe and effective treatment for patients at Radius's long term care facility partners. The Staff Pharmacist reports to the Pharmacist in Charge. Radius Living Rx is a long-term care pharmacy serving residents in partner communities across Minnesota and Wisconsin.
