HR Compliance Specialist

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to join the Home Office Human Resources team. The HR Compliance Specialist supports day-to-day workforce compliance activities through recordkeeping, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and follow-up. This role helps ensure required HR compliance processes are completed accurately and on time by maintaining records, reviewing routine compliance reports, communicating with sites, and supporting compliance programs such as I-9s, background checks, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
