Health Unit Coordinator

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Boutwells Landing is seeking aHealth Unit Coordinator to join our team. The Health Unit Coordinator will provide administrative support to clinical operations in non-nursing resident care activities at nursing stations, or households. Areas of support include data entry, maintenance of resident charts, records, maintaining/ordering supplies and coordination of resident external appointments. SCHEDULE: This is an on call position.
