Presbyterian Homes & Services - HallMar Village is seeking a Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator to join our Long-Term Care team leading the clinical operations of our 60-bed Long Term Care community. *** HIRING BONUS $5,000 *** REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Clinical Administrator reports to the Care Center Administrator and directly supervises all clinical services which may include: Clinical Coordinators, Infection Control, Staffing Coordinator, RNs, LPNs, Medication Assistants, and Resident Assistants. The Clinical Administrator also oversees the use of contracted services for clinical care.
