This role offers the chance to set technical direction for PowerPlan's mission-critical tax, accounting, and workflow platform, not just build within it. You'll move fluidly between hands-on development across .NET, and Azure and higher-altitude architecture conversations with SMEs and leadership, becoming a trusted technical authority across more than one domain of the platform.

Beyond your own delivery, you'll build a deliberate mentoring practice that raises the skill level of the developers around you, reducing the team's reliance on any single person for its hardest problems.
