Director, Software Development

We're looking for a Director, Software Engineering to lead engineering delivery at one of the most consequential junctures in PowerPlan's history the modernization of a decades-trusted enterprise platform into a cloud-native SaaS product for the energy industry. You'll translate architectural strategy into day-to-day execution reality, leading Engineering Managers and their teams to deliver reliably, improve continuously, and build systems that regulated utility customers depend on.
