Junior IT Administrator

What you will do as an I.T Administrator @Plaisio:

💻 Installation of workstations (computers) and the necessary peripheral devices 💻 Monitoring the performance and ensuring the availability and reliability of networks (Local & Cloud) 💻 User management & providing technical support, training new system users, and creating their accounts 💻 Administration and support of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services and applications 💻 Installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of various software and business applications 💻 Remote and on-site troubleshooting and technical support 💻 Checking computer equipment (hard drives, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure its functionality 💻 Managing user access, permissions, and software requirements across the IT environment 💻 Utilizing AI tools and solutions to improve IT support, troubleshooting, productivity, and everyday work processes

What do you need to become member of our Planet:

🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 🎯 At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field 🎯 Excellent knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their administration 🎯 Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration and applications 🎯 Familiarity with software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration 🎯 Familiarity with AI tools and their practical use in IT support and daily workflows 🎯 High attention to detail 🎯 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently 🎯 Structured, fast, and detailed way of working 🎯 Strong communication and teamwork skills
