The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Leader works to create and enforce a culture of safety within the organization. The EHS Leader works with the Corporate Safety and Environmental Leader to implement programs, policies, and assessments to ensure Pioneer Metal Finishing is in compliance with all federal, state and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, and to ensure a safe environment for all employees, visitors, and contractors.
