We are looking for a skilled and driven Network Engineer to design, grow and maintain high-performance, ultra-low-latency network infrastructure that spans on-premise and cloud environments. This role is critical to achieving the fastest possible data delivery across long-distance infrastructure and requires close collaboration with vendors, cloud providers and international teams.

If you are passionate about high-performance networks, eager to work on cutting-edge latency-sensitive systems, and thrive in a global environment — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and maintain low-latency network infrastructure across on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud);
  • Optimize routing, peering, and data paths for ultra-low-latency communication;
  • Proactively monitor network performance, implement metrics, alerting, and telemetry for end-to-end visibility;
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to manage connectivity, link deployment, and lifecycle;
  • Contribute to automation of operational tasks, configuration management, and CI/CD integration;
  • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and post-mortem analysis to continuously improve network reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, BGP, multicast, RF and fiber technologies;
  • Hands-on experience with cloud networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Cloud Interconnect, VPC Peering, etc.) across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Alibaba Cloud;
  • Solid understanding of Linux networking stack, tuning, and performance optimization;
  • Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, NetBox, or similar;
  • Familiarity with observability stacks like Grafana, Prometheus, and other telemetry tools;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and operational discipline in distributed environments;
  • Advanced written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in operating low-latency or high-performance networks, ideally in trading, finance, or similarly latency-sensitive environments;
  • Experience with low-latency networking hardware, including Layer 1 switches and optical transport;
  • Hands-on experience with RF-based networks;
  • Development skills sufficient to create custom network diagnostic or monitoring tools.

Benefits

  • A dynamic and international environment within a fast-growing tech company;
  • Competitive salary at the upper end of the market, along with significant bonuses twice a year;
  • Freedom to shape internal culture and create meaningful employee experiences, team-building activities;
  • Health insurance, reimbursement of sports expenses; coverage for language courses;
  • A supportive, experienced team that values collaboration — and where your impact will be visible every day.
